Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs is calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.

Order Processing

We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. 

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate delivery time frame, please use the delivery window of Monday – Friday.

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to support@nolimitsannex.com referencing your order number.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:

Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment.

Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

Order Tracking:

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day.

Warranty Information

We offer a 15-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. 

Defective Items:
If you received a defective item, you may return it within 15 days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at support@nolimitsannex.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.  If no replacement is desired, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item minus any discounts received.

Unwanted Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt of delivery. 

Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at support@nolimitsannex.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Inaccurate Information:
If your item is shipped to the wrong address due to any reason outside of our control, such as you entered the wrong house number or street name.  You would not be eligible for a refund or store credit.  If the item is returned to send we will correct the address accordingly and ship the item to the corrected address.  The customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping prior to the reattempting to ship the item(s).
