We offer a 14-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online.
Defective Items: If you or your customer received a defective item, you may return it within 14 days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible, we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.
If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.
Unwanted Items: If you or your customers are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and any items that may be classified as a biohazard. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened and/or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to contact customer service and create a return request. Once we have received the item back, we will issue store credit for the purchase price and at that time you can submit a new order for a replacement item(s).
Refunds We are a store credit-based e-commerce site, any returns or cancellations will be for store credit only. Store credit can be applied towards your next order, or you can email your next order to apply the credit within our internal system at firstname.lastname@example.org.
